in need of telepathic writing program

Every day I notice something that makes me stop and think "That would make a great entry for my blog." The I get back to my computer, check emails, poke around on Facebook, quibble a bit on an on-line forum and have absolutely no inspiration to reflect on Stockholm.

I need an intuitive, telepathic program that can record what I see with my eyes and the composition of text formulating in my head as I walk. There are Bluetooth headpieces for cellular phones(still need me one of those) why not Bluetooth dictation to my laptop?
